Michy Batshuayi Transfer from Galatasaray to Eintracht Frankfurt
Michy Batshuayi is on the verge of leaving Galatasaray due to a lack of playing time, according to reports from foreign sources indicating his imminent move to the Bundesliga. A loan deal between Eintracht Frankfurt and Galatasaray for the Belgian striker is reportedly nearing completion. Batshuayi has been considered excess to the needs of the Turkish club, which has recently acquired Alvaro Morata on loan from AC Milan. This transfer to Frankfurt, currently ranked third in the Bundesliga, is seen as a significant opportunity for Batshuayi. He is hopeful that performing well in the Bundesliga will enhance his prospects with the national team under the guidance of coach Rudi Garcia.
Eintracht Frankfurt is reportedly engaged in discussions with Galatasaray about the possibility of securing Michy Batshuayi on loan. The 31-year-old Belgian, who had a stint with Borussia Dortmund during the 2017/18 season, is being eyed to boost Frankfurt's attacking options following Omar Marmoush's move to Manchester City. Batshuayi, whose current contract with Galatasaray extends until 2027, made the switch to the club last summer from Fenerbahce and has netted seven goals in 30 matches this season. With the German transfer window closing at 8 PM, there is an added urgency to conclude the deal.
