Meris Skenderovic has recently participated in a trial training session at Stuttgarter Kickers. The officials, including sporting director Marc Stein and coach Marco Wildersinn, wanted to get an impression of the third-division experienced but currently clubless striker. Skenderovic had played under Wildersinn in the U23 team of TSG Hoffenheim from 2017 to 2020.
