Melkamu Frauendorf is set to leave the club this summer, with the offensive midfielder being a frequent figure for the U18s and U21s and having played twice at a senior level during his four years with Liverpool. Frauendorf debuted under Jürgen Klopp as a substitute against Shrewsbury in FA Cup in January 2022 and later that year started the League Cup clash with Derby County at Anfield.
