Mehdi Taremi leaving Porto?
Mehdi Taremi, the 31-year-old Iranian international striker, has been confirmed to leave FC Porto on a free transfer this summer. He has reportedly decided to join Inter Mailand, with the transfer being known since February. Taremi is already in Milan and will sign a two-year contract until June 30, 2026, after passing his medical examination. AC Mailand was also interested in him, but Inter won the race.

Taremi is moving to Inter de Milão. He was emotional during his farewell at Estádio do Dragão. He will still be in Pedreira, unlike coach Sérgio Conceição, who received his fifth yellow card of the season and will have to serve a penalty, therefore, cannot sit on the substitute bench.
Mehdi Taremi, who came to Portugal from the modest Rio Ave in 2019 and was signed by Porto in 2020 for four seasons, will conclude his Portuguese cycle in June and will go free to Inter Milan, where, at 31, he wants to end his career as a great striker.
Inter have reportedly stepped up their interest Mehdi Taremi now that the Iranian, starring for Porto, has secured his Portuguese passport. He would be Thuram's replacement at San Siro.
