Mehdi Merghem, a Franco-Algerian winger who played for Guingamp, has signed with Farense for two seasons, with an option for an additional year. He played for Guingamp since the 2018/2019 season and had a loan spell at Nancy in the 2020/2021 season. In the 2023/2024 season, he participated in 36 games, scoring five goals and providing one assist.

Farense is expected to announce the signing of Mehdi Merghem, a winger from Guingamp, for a two-year contract with an option for an additional year.
