Max Grüger has signed a new long-term contract with Schalke 04. According to 'Bild', the 19-year-old midfielder's new contract does not include an exit clause. Previously, Grüger was bound to Schalke 04 until 2026.

Schalke 04 intends to extend the contracts of Max Grüger and Taylan Bulut to keep them at the club. Kaderplaner Ben Manga is reportedly in talks with the duo to extend their contracts long-term. Both contracts are currently set to expire in 2026. Grüger, a native of Gelsenkirchen, has been a key player in Schalke's defensive midfield since the end of September.
