Mattia Zaccagni: Lazio Contract Extension
Mattia Zaccagni, who has renewed his contract with Lazio until 2029.
Lazio announced the contract renewal of Mattia Zaccagni until June 30, 2029. This comes after Zaccagni's agent expressed concern about not hearing from the club for over a month, and mentioned looking elsewhere. In recent weeks, Zaccagni was linked with Juventus and Fiorentina.
Mattia Zaccagni has reached an agreement with Lazio for the renewal of his contract and has agreed to sign a new deal that will expire in 2029 and which will guarantee him 2.8 million a year plus bonuses (which could increase the salary up to 3.3): the white-sky blue winger gets an almost 50% increase in the fixed part (he previously earned two million).
Mattia Zaccagni's contract renewal with Lazio was in a stalemate, but they were able to extend his contract. The contract, which currently expires in 2025, is expected to be extended to the maximum, until 2029.
