Matías Soulé Transfer from Roma to Genoa

In January, Matias Soulé received several offers from Genoa, Betis, and Milan, but Roma rejected all of them.

After Darius Olaru's shoulder injury, Genoa decided to pursue Matias Soule from AS Roma. The transfer of the Argentinian midfielder would require a greater effort from Genoa, with Soule valued at 22 million euros by specialized websites.

Matias Soulé, an Argentine forward born in 2003, has not played since December 18th and is contemplating leaving Roma. He has attracted interest from several clubs for both loan and permanent transfers. Despite Roma's investment of 25.6 million euros plus bonuses in Soulé last summer, he has been benched for four consecutive matches. Claudio Ranieri has acknowledged Soulé's potential but has not provided him with playing time, leading Soulé to explore other options. Genoa is considered a potential destination, with their sporting director Marco Ottolini expressing awareness and interest in Soulé's technical skills, though nothing concrete has materialized yet. Ottolini also noted that Genoa is initially looking for a player for the left side, but remarked that the transfer market is long and unpredictable.
