Representatives of Córdoba, a Spanish club in the second division, have expressed interest in Matia Barzić, currently under contract with Elche. Córdoba's interest introduces another element to the ongoing negotiations, as Jagiellonia Białystok has already submitted an unsuccessful loan offer with an option to buy for 400,000 euros for the Croatian youth international. The Polish club continues to pursue Barzić but is reluctant to increase their offer significantly.
