Blackburn Rovers has shown interest in acquiring Marwan Al-Sahafi. According to reports in the Saudi press, his agent, Ahmed Al-Moallem, indicated that Blackburn Rovers is among the clubs that have made inquiries about Al-Sahafi. Currently, Al-Ittihad owns his contract, which is valid until 2029. Transfermarkt estimates his market value at 1.2 million euros. At 21 years old, Al-Sahafi spent this season on loan at Beerschot, where he scored five goals, including a hat-trick against Anderlecht.
