Marko Pajač leaving Genoa?
The possibility most likely is a mutual termination of the contract, allowing the player, who is recovering from a serious injury, to find a new team at his own pace.
The contract between Genoa and Marko Pajac might end ten months earlier than the natural expiration date of June 30, 2025. The 31-year-old Croatian full-back, who returned to Genoa after a loan season at Reggiana, is no longer part of the club's plans. Despite several attempts, a new destination has not been found for him yet. Therefore, a consensual termination of the contract is being considered. This solution would allow Genoa to save a few hundred thousand euros in salary and give Pajac the opportunity to find a preferred destination more calmly, becoming a free agent and thus being able to agree with a club even after the official market closure.
Pajac has been out of the squad for the entire summer and is looking for a new club to relaunch his career.
Marko Pajac seems to be heading back to his homeland.
