Marcus Rashford Transfer from Manchester United to Como
Team Talk reports on the unexpected interest from Italian club Como in signing Marcus Rashford. Italian club Como, managed by Cesc Fabregas, have emerged as surprise contenders to sign Marcus Rashford. Raphael Varane, Rashford's former teammate, is an ambassador for the club. However, Como would need to convince Rashford to lower his wage demands significantly to complete the move, which currently seems unlikely.
Another interesting but unlikely possibility for Rashford has emerged in the form of Milan’s Serie A rivals Como. Sky Italia state that the side managed by Cesc Fabregas has entered the bidding – and is rich enough to finance the deal. It states there would be “no problem” money wise. Equally, though, no official offers have been made for the player to this point.
Como, the club associated with Cesc Fàbregas, has shown interest in Marcus Rashford, as reported by SkySport Italia. Rashford is not getting the opportunities he desires under manager Amorim and is seeking potential exits. Rashford's brother has also been in contact with AC Milan.
Como is reportedly prepared to make a concrete effort to sign Marcus Rashford, as per Sky Sport. Financially, the club would face no issues in meeting Rashford's salary requirements and adhering to the financial conditions set by Manchester United. Nevertheless, there are uncertainties about Rashford's interest in joining Como. It is said that Varane, a former Manchester United teammate, is attempting to sway Rashford's decision from behind the scenes. Como has the option to sign only one more non-EU player, and acquiring Rashford would mean they would be unable to sign Dele Alli.
