Marcus Rashford Transfer from Manchester United to Arsenal

Arsenal is in desperate need of another winger with raw pace to provide competition to Gabriel Martinelli. Mikel Arteta could just be the coach to bring out the best in Rashford. However, Arsenal would want assurances that he would come to the club with the right attitude.

Manchester United would be open to selling Marcus Rashford this summer if they received a ‘huge’ offer, providing they first secure a ‘box-office’ replacement. Rashford was the subject of intense criticism throughout last season, having failed to come close to his goal tally from the previous campaign. Rashford is thought to have a strained relationship with Erik ten Hag. Arsenal have previously been linked with a transfer for Rashford.

Marcus Rashford continues to be linked with a shock summer transfer to Arsenal. Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has reportedly held personal talks with Rashford over a switch to the Emirates Stadium, with the Spaniard reportedly a “driving force” behind the possible deal.

Arteta has allegedly met with Marcus Rashford ahead of his potential departure from Manchester United. The player, who has performed poorly in two of the last three seasons, may leave Old Trafford if the right offer comes in.

Rashford has been linked with a move to Premier League rivals Arsenal. However, he remains fully committed to United. United have no firm desire to sell Rashford but would understandably take into consideration any sizeable offer given their need to overhaul their squad, comply with the Premier League's financial regulations and move freely in the summer market.

Marcus Rashford has been heavily linked with a possible summer exit. Manchester United are open to selling Rashford if the right offer arrives this summer. However, he is reportedly unlikely to move to Arsenal this summer. Arsenal journalist Charles Watts says that while Rashford's name seems to pop up now and again in connection with Arsenal, he doesn't see Arsenal as a possible destination due to Rashford's big wages. Rashford has seven goals and two assists in 31 Premier League appearances this season, and his current contract at Old Trafford runs until 2028 after he signed a new deal last summer.
