Marc Roca Transfer from Leeds United to Real Betis

Real Betis is in open conversations with Leeds to acquire Marc Roca for just under five million euros.

Marc Roca will stay at Betis this upcoming season as a permanent player. Betis has an agreement with Leeds for the midfielder to stay permanently in Heliópolis. Betis will pay a transfer fee of slightly less than five million euros for the midfielder, who has become a key player in Manuel Pellegrini's plans.

Real Betis is negotiating with Leeds to acquire Marc Roca's transfer rights. Roca played on loan at Betis last season. Leeds did not achieve promotion to the Premier League and will remain in the Championship. Roca has a contract with Leeds until 2026. Betis has an agreement with Roca for a four-year contract until June 2028, which will be finalized once the deal with Leeds is completed.

Marc Roca's one-year loan from Leeds is expiring, and Real Betis is hoping to renew it, though it has not been officially announced yet.

Marc Roca, who has a contract with Leeds United until 2026, can play another year on loan at the club that takes charge of his record and the agreement with Betis in that sense is total. At the end of the next season 2024/25, he would only have one more year of contract with Leeds and the green-and-white club could negotiate his transfer under more advantageous conditions.
