Ynet has reported that Rubin Kazan, a club from the Russian Premier League, has expressed interest in signing Mahmoud Jaber. The Israeli midfielder, who currently plays for Maccabi Haifa and the national team of Israel, is also being sought after by CSKA Moscow and Lokomotiv Moscow. It is believed that CSKA is nearing a transfer agreement for €3.5 million, although Maccabi Haifa would prefer to conclude the deal during the summer transfer window. As negotiations continue, Rubin Kazan has entered the competition to sign the 25-year-old, who holds a contract with Maccabi Haifa until the summer of 2027, with an option for an additional year.
