Paris has begun proceedings to advance the transfer of Monaco's Maghnes Akliouche. The current stage of the transfer is embryonic, but Luis Campos, the sports advisor of the club, has begun to lay the first stones in the Monaco garden to know the feasibility of a possible transfer.
