M. Hermansen Transfer from Leicester City to Chelsea
Chelsea are expected to pursue a new goalkeeper due to worries about the performance of their current No 1, Robert Sanchez. Journalist Ben Jacobs indicated that Leicester's Mads Hermansen is valued at £35m. Enzo Maresca, familiar with Hermansen from his tenure at Leicester, expressed a desire for him to move to Chelsea. Nevertheless, Leicester reportedly have no intention of letting Hermansen leave mid-season, and it would probably require more than £35m to alter their stance.
Chelsea are interested in Leicester City's 19-year-old goalkeeper Mads Hermansen. The club isn't eager to sign him immediately, and Leicester isn't planning to sell him soon. However, due to criticism of current goalkeeper Robert Sanchez, Chelsea might pursue Hermansen. Journalist Ben Jacobs reports Chelsea values him highly, with a potential fee exceeding £35 million. Leicester is reluctant to lose him mid-season, but if they face relegation, keeping him could be difficult.
Chelsea wanted to bring Denmark goalkeeper Mads Hermansen to the club. The clubs were unable to reach an agreement over the transfer fee of the player, with Leicester demanding €47.5 million (£40m).
Leicester keeper Mads Hermansen is one of the four goalkeepers on Chelsea's summer shortlist. He worked with new manager Enzo Maresca as they won the Championship last term.
Maresca's goalkeeper at Leicester, Mads Hermansen, will be considered should Sanchez fail to convince in pre-season.
