Maciej Kowalski-Haberek has been allowed by Polonia Warszawa to seek a new club and has now officially joined Resovia. He has signed a permanent transfer with a contract that runs until June 30, 2025, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months. Before this move, he mutually agreed to terminate his contract with Polonia Warszawa. Kowalski-Haberek, who is capable of playing as a central defender or defensive midfielder, made 66 appearances for Polonia Warszawa but featured only once this season, prompting the mutual termination of his contract. Resovia, currently positioned ninth in the league, has added him as their third winter signing, joining Piotr Liszewski and Dawid Bałdyga. Kowalski-Haberek has expressed his aim to assist Resovia in achieving more than just a mid-table finish in the familiar II liga.
