Hibs have made another attempt to sign Dundee's captain Luke McCowan. The Easter Road outfit have been determined to land the midfielder, 26, as David Gray seeks reinforcement in the engine room and views McCowan as the ideal man to help improve his squad. It is believed a fee of around £850k has been lodged in an attempt to convince the Dees to part with their key player. However, they have yet to agree to Hibs' terms as discussions continue.
