Luka Menalo Transfer from Dinamo Zagreb to Rijeka

Luka Menalo was supposed to sign for Rijeka on the last day of the transfer window, but the deal fell through because he couldn't agree with Dinamo on terminating his contract. As a result, he stayed in Zagreb, training separately from the first team.

Luka Menalo was in discussions to return to Rijeka. However, since he did not manage to agree on a mutual contract termination with Dinamo before the transfer window closed, the transfer will not happen at least until January. Menalo is under contract with Dinamo for two more years.

Radomir Đalović, Rijeka's coach, mentioned the expected arrival of Luka Menalo as a reinforcement for the team. The club's management is actively working on this transfer, and Menalo is anticipated to join Rijeka to strengthen their squad.

Luka Menalo, after terminating his loan with Celje, is set to join Rijeka as a free agent. Menalo previously played for Rijeka on loan during the 2020/21 season, scoring 10 goals and providing seven assists in 36 matches.
