Newell's has expressed interest in Lucas Boyé, who is presently with Granada in Spain's second division. He is recuperating from a muscle injury, and Granada reportedly holds high expectations for him. The club invested nearly 10 million USD in him, and he has a contract until June 2027. Boyé had a short spell with Newell's approximately a decade ago. However, given the high expectations and substantial investment Granada has in Boyé, they are not currently planning to let him go, making his return to Newell's nearly impossible at this time.
