Previously, RB Leipzig had pegged his summer value at €100m, although it is not clear whether they may be willing to downgrade this price following the confirmation that Sesko is staying.

The ex-Lens man will have a release clause worth €80m inserted into his Leipzig contract in 2025, but such clause does not exist yet. As a result, he could be available this summer. However, German outlet BILD have reported that RB Leipzig will demand at least €100m for Openda if Chelsea, Liverpool or any other interested clubs want to sign him once the 2023-24 season concludes.
