Tottenham Hotspur are exploring a swoop for Ipswich Town forward Liam Delap, whose price tag could hit €40m, but Arsenal, Newcastle United, Aston Villa and former club Man City are all also interested.

Liam Delap has attracted interest from other top Premier League clubs, including Aston Villa.
