Sané, with his contract at Bayern Munich nearing its end, has an annual salary of around 20 million euros, which Dortmund considered beyond their financial means. Despite being available, Sané is content in Munich and is open to the idea of taking a pay cut to extend his contract there. Meanwhile, he also has other prospects in England, where he previously gained recognition with Manchester City.
