Koni De Winter Transfer from Genoa to Juventus

Koni De Winter, a 22-year-old defender who has become an essential part of Genoa's team, is being considered for a potential return to Juventus. De Winter, who was previously signed with Juventus from 2018 until the last summer transfer window, had a 25% resale clause included in his transfer agreement to Genoa. Genoa is asking for a transfer fee of approximately 25 million euros; however, due to the resale clause, Juventus would only be required to pay about 15 million euros. Recently, De Winter has been associated with interest from clubs such as Everton, West Ham, Napoli, Inter, AC Milan, and AS Roma. While at Genoa, De Winter has established himself as a defensive stalwart, having participated in 20 Serie A matches this season and netting three goals, which highlights his capability for elevated competition. Juventus, who initially acquired him as a 16-year-old from Zulte Waregem, is now eager to bring him back to Turin, leveraging the beneficial resale clause they had arranged during his transfer to Genoa.
