Aston Villa are looking into the possibility of signing Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall for the January transfer window. The club is negotiating a loan deal with an option to purchase. Chelsea is open to either loaning or selling the player outright in the upcoming window and is willing to agree to a loan-to-buy transfer with an option to buy set at £30 million. Aston Villa, however, is proposing an option to buy valued at approximately £18.2 million, which includes £12.4 million plus £5.8 million in future add-ons.
