Aston Villa has emerged as a candidate for Kevin Danso, joining Wolverhampton, Stade Rennais, and Stuttgart in the race to sign the Austrian central defender. RC Lens has reportedly set the price for Danso at 25 million euros, with an additional 5 million euros in potential bonuses, after rejecting a 23 million euros bid from Stade Rennais. With the winter transfer window closing in less than a week, it is uncertain if Aston Villa or the other interested clubs will meet Lens' valuation to acquire Danso.
