Lechia Gdańsk submitted an official offer for Karol Czubak, which Czubak immediately turned down, citing his loyalty to Arka Gdynia. The 24-year-old striker, who has been showcasing his skills on the first league pitches, has scored 66 goals and provided 16 assists in 130 matches for Arka Gdynia since joining in the summer of 2021, establishing himself as the club's all-time top scorer. Despite attracting interest from other clubs, including a one million euro bid from Ukrainian side Polissia Zhytomyr, Czubak remains dedicated to Arka Gdynia. He conveyed his aspiration to challenge himself against the best teams in Poland with Arka. Although he has a childhood fondness for Lech Poznań, his ultimate dream is to play for Borussia Dortmund, inspired by the era of Polish players such as Robert Lewandowski.
