Barcelona are weighing up whether to sell Jules Kounde amid interest from Arsenal. Barcelona would expect a fee of no less than €60m for Kounde and will 'open negotiations' with the Gunners, who have fielded an enquiry, if they can convince Araujo to stay.

Arsenal, in search of defensive reinforcements, has shown interest in Jules Koundé. The club has contacted Barcelona to explore the feasibility of a transfer. Barcelona, currently facing financial difficulties, might be willing to sell Koundé if a satisfactory offer is made. Koundé was signed by Barcelona in the summer of 2022 for 50 million euros and is currently valued at 45 million euros. His contract with Barcelona runs until June 2027.
