An Italian publication, citing sources from Portugal, reports that Olympiacos is in advanced negotiations with Rennes for Jota. The aim is to strengthen their squad.

A Portuguese outlet has reported that Olympiacos is negotiating with Rennes to arrange the loan of Jota. The 25-year-old Portuguese left winger remains under contract with the French club until 2027. According to Bruno Andrade from Maisfutbol, Olympiacos is actively engaged in discussions regarding the loan terms for Jota. This season, Jota has participated in 10 matches for Rennes, scoring once and providing one assist. Before this, he played for Benfica, Celtic, and Al-Ittihad, achieving varying levels of success, including 28 goals and 26 assists in 83 appearances for Celtic.
