J. Hato Transfer from Ajax to Arsenal

Arsenal is said to be interested in acquiring Jorrel Hato, an 18-year-old emerging international talent from Ajax, in order to strengthen their defensive lineup for the future. The club has made attempts in the past to sign Hato and is still keen on the player despite his recent four-year contract extension with Ajax. Reports indicate that Arsenal scouts observed him during the international break, and the club is considered a leading contender for his signature should he be available for transfer.

Arsenal are reportedly monitoring Ajax wonderkid Jorrel Hato closely, with their interest said to be growing significantly. The Gunners are ready to make a significant effort to sign Hato, who is evidently highly valued by the north London club. Charles Watts reported that Arsenal have been working on a possible move for Hato for a while, and despite his recent contract extension with Ajax, Arsenal could solidify their interest when the summer transfer window opens. It is understood that Hato and Ajax are both aware of Arsenal's interest.

Jorrel Hato is widely regarded as one of the best young centre-back talents in the world. At just 18, Hato has already captained Ajax. Arsenal are known admirers of Hato.

Arsenal have a much-publicised appreciation of Ajax wonderkid Jorrel Hato, but his contract extension in March made a summer move unlikely.

Jorrel Hato has already captained Ajax this season at just 18 and he’s been a shining light during an incredibly disappointing season for the Dutch giants. Arsenal are known admirers of Hato and Ajax will face a battle to keep his summer.

Arsenal could re-visit the Amsterdam club for Hato this time around. He has an Estimated Transfer Value of €17.4 million. Any potential summer move has received a boost from Arsenal’s perspective as both have missed the Netherlands squad for Euro 2024.

Jorrel Hato, 18, is regarded as one of the most promising young defenders in world football and Arsenal have been monitoring his progress in the Eredivisie for the past few months. The teenager recently signed a new long-term contract at Ajax, until 2028, but Arsenal are still interested in pursuing a deal ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window. Hato, who can play at centre-back or at left-back, became Ajax’s youngest ever captain when he wore the armband against Almere City in November.
