Jeredy Hilterman leaving DSC Arminia Bielefeld?

Jeredy Hiltermann will not play any more games for Arminia Bielefeld despite having a contract until 2027. Coach Mitch Kniat decided after a test match against SC Verl II that Hiltermann will no longer be part of the team's plans and is training alone. Arminia hopes to find a new club for him soon as he was considered a failed signing.

Jeredy Hilterman is moving on loan to the Dutch second division club SC Cambuur Leeuwarden for the rest of the season. He joined Arminia Bielefeld in the summer with a contract until 2027. Due to a foot injury and an infection, he has only made three appearances so far.

Jeredy Hilterman was absent from the lineup during Arminia Bielefeld's 5:1 friendly victory over Havelse, which is seen as a sign of a potential winter loan transfer. DSC coach Mitch Kniat explained that the choice was influenced by the competition in the Arminia attack, with Kania and Becker being favored over Hilterman. Hilterman, who transferred in the summer from the Dutch club Almere City, has only participated in three matches in the first half of the season due to a recurring foot injury.
