Jędrzej Grobelny Transfer from Warta Poznań to Arka Gdynia

Arka Gdynia has completed the search for a new goalkeeper and signed Jędrzej Grobelny from Warta Poznań. Both parties have signed a contract until June 30, 2026, with an option to extend for another year. Grobelny, a 23-year-old, has also played for Pogoń Szczecin and Miedź Legnica before returning to his home club Warta Poznań in summer 2021, where he played 57 matches and achieved eighteen clean sheets.

Arka Gdynia is nearing the acquisition of Jędrzej Grobelny from Warta Poznań. The 23-year-old footballer is currently undergoing medical tests, according to Tomasz Włodarczyk's report on Meczyki.pl. Grobelny had expressed his wish to leave Warta Poznań, with ongoing negotiations. He mentioned that he would not leave in a forceful manner, acknowledging Warta Poznań as his home. Grobelny, who previously represented Poland as a junior, lost his starting position at Warta Poznań in November to Leo Przybylak. Should the transfer be finalized, Grobelny will join Arka Gdynia, where he will compete with Damian Węglarz and Paweł Depka for the goalkeeper position.
