Inter is reportedly interested in Jay Idzes, as they dispatched a scout to observe him during a match between Atalanta and Venezia, according to transfer journalist Nicolò Schira. Idzes, the 24-year-old defender, joined Venezia on a free transfer from Go Ahead Eagles in the summer of 2023. Since then, he has established himself as a vital player for the team, participating in 28 official matches this season. The match concluded in a 0-0 draw, with Idzes playing the full duration. Besides Inter, other prominent Italian clubs, including Atalanta, Napoli, and AC Milan, are also keeping an eye on his progress. Idzes, who plays internationally for Indonesia, has been selected by coach Patrick Kluivert for the World Cup qualification matches against Australia and Bahrain.
