Jan Olschowsky Transfer from Borussia Mönchengladbach to Alemannia Aachen
Goalkeeper Jan Olschowsky is set to move on loan to third division club Alemannia Aachen until the end of the season, as announced by both clubs on Thursday. This marks the first occasion the 23-year-old will not be wearing the Gladbach jersey. Roland Virkus, Gladbach's sporting director, explained that Jan is a young goalkeeper and it is crucial for him to gain match practice at a high sporting level, which they hope to achieve through the loan to Alemannia Aachen. Olschowsky shared his eagerness to join Aachen, stating that when the option to move on loan to Alemannia came up, it quickly became clear to him that he wanted to pursue it, as he can play at a good level in a strong 3rd division with a big traditional club in Aachen.
Jan Olschowsky, a 23-year-old goalkeeper from Borussia Mönchengladbach, aims to gain match experience in the 3rd division. He has played four times in the Bundesliga and hopes to do this on loan at Alemannia Aachen in the second half of the season.
