J. Leweling Transfer from FC Union Berlin to VfB Stuttgart
Jamie Leweling continues the adventure until 2028 with VfB Stuttgart and will discover the Champions League. Loaned this season to the formation of Sebastian Hoeness by Union Berlin, the 23-year-old winger has convinced his leaders to lift the purchase option set by his former club, to the tune of 5 million euros.
VfB Stuttgart has exercised the purchase option for Jamie Leweling (23). The player is now tied to the club until June 30, 2028. Stuttgart paid around five million Euros to Union Berlin for Leweling, who scored four goals and made six assists this season.
Jamie Leweling has been showing his full potential to VfB Stuttgart. Stuttgart has taken up the purchase option for the 23-year-old. Union Berlin announced on Sunday that Stuttgart had pulled a corresponding purchase option for Leweling. Stuttgart has also signed the winger with a contract until June 30, 2028. Last summer Stuttgart loaned the offensive player for around 200,000 euros from Union Berlin. He still had a contract there until 2026. Therefore, a transfer fee of around five million euros is now due for Leweling.
