Tottenham is interested in signing Jacob Ramsey from Aston Villa. Tottenham's sporting director, Johan Lange, knows Ramsey well from his time at Aston Villa. Sky Sports reports that Tottenham is studying the possibility of including Giovani Lo Celso in the deal. However, Aston Villa is currently not interested in selling the player.
