Ivan Ilić Transfer from Torino to Spartak Moskva
Spartak has decided to withdraw from the candidacy of the 23-year-old Torino midfielder Ivan Ilic.
The transfer of Ivan Ilic from Torino to Spartak may fail because Ilic cannot agree on personal contract terms with Spartak, as reported by Italian journalist Andrea Elephant from La Gazzetta dello Sport. Spartak had reportedly agreed with Torino on a transfer fee of €22 million plus bonuses. The head coach of Spartak, Dejan Stankovic, mentioned that it is likely that the 23-year-old footballer will not join his team.
Italian journalist Andrea Elefante from La Gazzetta dello Sport shared his views on the possible transfer of Torino midfielder Ivan Ilić to Spartak. He mentioned that Torino is currently uncertain about Ilić's transfer to Spartak. The player is reportedly keen on moving to Moscow, motivated in part by Spartak's head coach Dejan Stanković's determination to acquire him at any cost. These negotiations might conclude by the end of January, with Ilić's current price set at €15 million. On January 10, 'Championat' conveyed Spartak's interest in Ilić. This season, the midfielder has played in 13 matches across all competitions, scoring one goal and providing one assist. His contract with the club is valid until the summer of 2027. Transfermarkt estimates the player's market value at €18 million.
