FCSB has reached an agreement with Farul for the acquisition of Ionuț Cercel. The transfer fee is 500,000 EUR, which has the potential to double based on performances. Cercel will remain at Farul until the summer. The young defender, who turned 18 in November and is a product of the Academia Hagi, has been featured in 10 matches for Farul this season, mostly playing as a right-back or defensive midfielder. Although Gigi Becali plans to utilize him as a stopper at FCSB, Cercel's versatility in defense is notable.
