Igor Jesus Transfer from Botafogo to West Ham United
Igor Jesus, who has recently become a Brazilian international, has seen his popularity soar, especially in Europe. The Brazilian press reported an offer from West Ham for this winter, already exceeding 20 million euros.
West Ham, under the management of Julen Lopetegui, is showing interest in acquiring Igor Jesus, a prominent player for Botafogo who has recently made his debut by scoring for Brazil. As reported by Globo Esporte, the English club is planning to propose an offer of approximately 35 million euros for the 23-year-old forward in the upcoming winter transfer window. With Fullkrug unavailable due to injury, the club is seeking to bolster its squad in January. Nevertheless, the Brazilian club is currently unwilling to consider the departure of their player, as they are in contention for the Brasileirão and Libertadores titles.
West Ham is reportedly preparing a surprise £30 million bid to sign Botafogo's Brazilian striker Igor Jesus. The 23-year-old has been impressive in Brazil and recently earned his first call-up to the Brazilian senior national squad. Botafogo may be willing to let him go for the right price.
