Ignasi Miquel Transfer from Granada to Levante
Ignasi Miquel has signed with Levante until the end of the season, with an option for an additional year. His departure from Granada was quick and unexpected. Miquel decided to join Levante after considering offers with his family and representative, finding it the most attractive and exciting option. Despite wanting to stay in Granada, he had to terminate his contract due to the club and coach not counting on him.
Ignasi Miquel was expected to join Burgos but ended up signing with Levante instead. The transfer to Levante is complete.
Levante is in the process of negotiating the signing of central defender Ignasi Miquel, following his contract termination with Granada CF this past Thursday. Sources familiar with the negotiation have indicated that Levante and the Catalan player are in the final stages of agreeing on a contract that would commit both parties until the end of the current season, with an option to extend for an additional year. Miquel, aged 32, who has previously played for teams such as Getafe, Huesca, Girona, and Granada, is joining Levante to strengthen their defensive line, where Julián Calero previously only had Unai, Dela, and Cabello available.
