Rio Ave is interested in acquiring Henrique Araújo on loan from Benfica. Initial contacts have been made by Rio Ave's sporting director Pedro Albergaria, but the process is still in its early stages. It is not yet defined if the loan will include a purchase option, although it is likely that Benfica will not include one.
