Grigoris Kastanos has left Salernitana.

Kastanos has been sold with an obligation to buy at the end of the season if certain conditions are met.

Grigoris Kastanos is leaving Salernitana to join Verona on a permanent transfer. He has signed a contract until 2026 with a salary of 900,000 euros plus bonuses per season. After three years with Salernitana, where he made 63 appearances and scored 4 goals, he will leave the training camp in Paestum this morning and head to Verona. The transfer fee of 1 million euros will benefit Salernitana's finances.

Verona had set their sights on Grigoris Kastanos to strengthen their attacking midfield with an experienced profile that still has room for growth. Kastanos has played in Serie A with Salernitana for the last three seasons. Verona acquired him for 1.2 million euros plus the loan of Yayah Kallon, who returned to Verona after playing at Bari in the second half of last season.
