Giovanni Volpe has joined Audace Cerignola on loan from Catanzaro until the end of the season, with an option for the club to purchase him permanently. Volpe, a left winger, began his career with the youth teams of Napoli and Pro Vercelli. At the age of 17, he made his debut in Serie C with Potenza, where he scored a winning goal against Catanzaro. Over six seasons with Potenza, he made 111 appearances and scored 11 goals. Last summer, he moved to Serie B side Catanzaro, where he made 8 appearances.
