Georges Mikautadze has reportedly turned down an approach from AS Roma, showing his commitment to stay at Olympique Lyonnais despite being a substitute.

Roma has expressed interest in Georges Mikautadze, a forward from Lyon, by making an initial inquiry. The club has been informed that the asking price is 30 million euros. Roma is in search of a new attacker to pair with Dovbyk, and they plan to permit Shomurodov to join Venezia on a loan with an obligation to buy once a new signing is finalized. During the summer, Mikautadze was part of a transfer saga when a move to Monaco was nearly finalized, with medicals even scheduled, but Lyon quickly stepped in to finalize the deal. Presently, Lyon is willing to sell players as they aim to reduce their 500 million euro debt.
