Gašper Tratnik Transfer from Primorje to Motor Lublin
Gašper Tratnik has made a permanent move to Motor Lublin from ND Primorje. The transfer was necessitated by the need for a new goalkeeper at Motor Lublin following a serious injury to Ivan Brkić in October. Kacper Rosa had been serving as a temporary replacement, but the club required a more long-term solution. Tratnik has signed a contract that extends until June 30, 2026. Paweł Golański, the club's sporting director, noted that Tratnik was chosen from a pool of candidates because his ability to play from the back aligns well with the club's playing model.
Szymon Janczyk from Weszlo.com reported that Gašper Tratnik is on the verge of joining Motor Lublin. The Slovenian goalkeeper is available at a reduced price since his contract with ND Primorje is only valid until the end of June this year. It is anticipated that Motor Lublin will pay just 70,000 euros for the transfer, with both parties in the process of finalizing the last details of the permanent move. Tratnik emerged as a key player for ND Primorje, having kept six clean sheets in 18 matches last season. The 25-year-old, who is 191 centimeters tall, had previously played for NK Domžale and NK Roltek Dob before joining ND Primorje last summer. Motor Lublin, looking to bolster their squad following a knee injury that has sidelined their successful Croatian goalkeeper Ivan Brkić, considers Tratnik a promising addition.
