PSV has decided not to offer Fredrik Oppegård a new contract as they do not see him as a future starter.

Fredrik Oppegård is possibly in his last weeks at PSV. The club management is willing to let the defender go in January if a good offer comes in. Oppegård has not secured a starting position this season and was previously loaned to Go Ahead Eagles and Heracles Almelo. With the return of Sergiño Dest and the development of Mauro Junior and Matteo Dams, his chances of playing time are slim. He also has an expiring contract with PSV. The club is open to listening to offers for him.
