Rosario Central has officially purchased 50% of the economic rights of midfielder Franco Ibarra. He has signed a contract that will link him to the club until December 2027. This ensures that the club retains a key player who performed well in the previous season.

Franco Ibarra is on the verge of securing his continuity at Rosario Central. The club has presented a proposal to Atlanta United to acquire 50 percent of Ibarra's rights for 2.5 million USD. Initially, when Ibarra joined from Argentinos Juniors, an option was established to purchase 80 percent of his rights for 4 million USD, which was deemed economically unfeasible. Ibarra is expected to sign a contract with Rosario Central until December 2027.
