Francesco Tahiraj Transfer to Tabor Sežana
Francesco Tahiraj, an Albanian winger, has signed with Tabor Sežana, a club in Slovenia's second division, on a contract lasting until the end of the season. He had been without a club for one and a half years after his departure from Radomlja in 2023 and had been training with Partizani's second team, which plays in Albania's fourth league. In his earlier career, Tahiraj was regarded as a significant talent, having been part of the youth setups at Juventus and Torino. His transfer to Tabor Sežana marks a return to Slovenia, where he previously achieved success with Aluminija in the first division. His notable performances in Slovenia led to a transfer to Hajduk Split in 2019 for a fee of 100,000 euros. Unfortunately, injuries disrupted his progress, and following a brief period at Lokomotiva Zagreb, he was left without a club until his recent move to Tabor Sežana.
