Francesco Pio Esposito Transfer from Spezia to Inter

Inter is evaluating the possibility of including Francesco Pio Esposito in their squad to enhance their attacking options for the upcoming Club World Cup. The young forward, who has been showing impressive form at Spezia in Serie B, is set to return to Inter at the conclusion of the current season. The club plans for him to spend another season on loan in Serie A before bringing him back to Milan on a permanent basis from the summer of 2026. Prior to this new loan arrangement, Esposito could join the Inter squad for the Club World Cup, scheduled from mid-June to mid-July, due to a potential shortage in their attacking lineup as contracts for two of Inter's forwards, Marko Arnautovic and Joaquin Correa, are nearing expiration. During the competition, Esposito might serve as Inter's fourth forward, following Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram, and Mehdi Taremi.

Pio Esposito is also in the range of players Inter is considering as a replacement for Arnautovic and Correa. Inter is keen on keeping control over Pio, a 2005 class player, as they believe in his potential.

Francesco Pio Esposito, currently playing for Spezia, has caught the attention of Inter Milan. Inter Milan, who still holds his registration, is closely monitoring his progress with the possibility of integrating him into their first team next season. Inter Milan had previously rejected an offer of 8 million euros for Esposito's transfer in the summer.
